Description
ZONE OFFROAD | 5" Lift Kit | 23-27 Ford F250/F350 Super Duty 4WD | Diesel
Lift Height: 5"
Position: Front and Rear
Configurations
- FOX 2.0 Adventure Series — ZONF144F
- Nitro Series — ZONF144N
Installation requirements
- Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 406 ft-lbs. Front exhaust modification may be required to clear front drive shaft.
- Two-piece rear drive shaft? Add a carrier bearing drop kit to reduce post-lift driveline angles and avoid / eliminate driveshaft vibration.
- Some 2023 F250/F350 Super Duty trucks from Ford have left rear axle shafts manufactured without proper completion. Refer to Ford Safety Recall 23S49 for details and effected build range.
- Fits SRW models only
- Due to taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net full advertised lift height. Final ride height will be the same as standard models.
- Larger tires on stock wheel are not recommended due to interference with brake line, radius arm and sway bar. Use recommended specs listed in wheel and tire fitment section.
- 2023+ F250/F350 Super Duty trucks equipped with Load Scales/Ride Height Sensors will require ZONF5502 to properly remount the sensor linkages.
- 2023+ Model: Recalibration of your vehicles Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) cameras, radars, light detection and ranging (LiDAR), and other sensors may be necessary by your local dealership or ADAS service center. This will ensure proper functionality of the vehicle features such as lane keeping, lane departure, parking assistance, blind-spot detection, adaptive cruise control systems, and other functions as they did prior to installation. Please connect with your local dealership or ADAS service center. Similar to a wheel alignment, all charges and expenses that may occur from dealership calibrations and adjustments are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
