Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Please ensure your item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original manufacturer packaging, with all parts and accessories included. We cannot accept returns of installed items or items missing packaging, parts, or accessories.

A 10% restocking fee applies to refunds only. There is no restocking fee for exchanges or store credit. Exceptions for confirmed defects or manufacturer-supplied missing parts are subject to review.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Any shipping fee you paid to receive your order is non-refundable.

To get started, please complete the online return form below. We’ll respond within 3–7 business days with the next steps. Please wait for approval and return instructions before shipping your item.

Once your return arrives and we’ve checked its condition, we’ll process your chosen refund, exchange, or store credit. Refunds go back to your original payment method, less any applicable restocking fee.
