For product or order questions, call or text 416-624-1357. To request cancellation before an order ships, email Sales@niagarajeeps.ca with your order number. To request a return, complete the form on our Returns page.

Vehicle fitment and installation

Before ordering or installing a part, please verify the manufacturer’s part number, vehicle fitment, specifications, and installation requirements. Selecting a vehicle through our website’s filter does not, by itself, confirm that every part in an order fits that vehicle.

Follow the manufacturer’s instructions. We recommend a qualified installer for steering, suspension, braking, wheels, and other safety-related components. If a part appears incorrect, damaged, or incomplete, stop installation and contact us before proceeding.

Niagara Jeeps & Trucks does not perform, supervise, or inspect installations carried out by customers or third parties. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modification. This does not limit your rights concerning a defective or incorrectly supplied product.
