TUFFY Limited Lifetime Warranty

TUFFY Security Products warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship, excluding the coating, under normal use by the original purchaser. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable.

Aluminum Products: TUFFY aluminum products are covered by a one-year warranty from the original date of purchase.

Warranty Exclusions: Coverage does not include rust or coating issues; installation, service or downtime costs; damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect or failure to follow manufacturer instructions; unauthorized repairs; incidental or consequential damages; unintended applications; certain auction/bid-site purchases; third-party closeout or open-box items; special orders; or custom products.

TUFFY will determine, at its sole discretion, whether qualifying defective materials or products will be repaired or replaced.

Warranty Claims: Products must be registered with TUFFY before filing a warranty claim. Warranty claims and product registration are handled directly through TUFFY Security Products.

Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping:
We ship across Canada. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Canada typically takes 3–10 business days depending on location and carrier. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Refunds & Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please review our full return policy for more details.
