Shipping policy

We ship across Canada. Orders over $350 CAD qualify for free standard shipping. Orders of $350 CAD or less have a flat $19.95 CAD shipping charge.

For items marked “In Stock — Ready to Ship,” estimated delivery is 3–10 business days. Items marked “No Stock — Available to Order” have an estimated 3–8 week lead time before they are available to ship. If your order contains both, the estimates apply to the individual items shown in your cart. Availability and delivery dates are estimates.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a street address. We use carriers including Purolator, UPS, Canpar, Loomis, DHL, and Day & Ross.

Returns and refunds

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, complete with all parts, and in their original manufacturer packaging. Items that have been installed or are missing packaging or parts cannot be returned.

To request a return, complete the form at niagarajeeps.ca/pages/returns. Please wait for our return instructions before shipping an item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For eligible returns, you may request a refund, exchange, or in-store credit. A 10% restocking fee applies to refunds and exchanges, except where the item is defective or missing parts. No restocking fee applies to in-store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process the approved refund, exchange, or in-store credit. If you want to cancel an order before it ships, email Sales@niagarajeeps.ca with your order number.
