Description
When your Super Duty’s steering feels weak under big tires or heavy loads, PSC’s BIG BORE XD Cylinder Assist Kit is the fix. This complete system replaces the factory setup with heavy-duty components designed for serious steering performance.
Each kit includes our XD Cylinder Assist Steering Gear, PSC Cylinder Assist axle mount kit, and PSC 715 high-performance fluid—plus all hoses, brackets, and hardware for a clean, bolt-on install.
Application Requirements
SK754-OE: F-250/F-350 4WD, October 2007–2010 production. SK755-OE: F-250/F-350 4WD 2011–2022. Confirm the build date and steering gear. The October 2007 build cutoff is not a blanket fit for all 2007 model-year trucks.

PSC states that most products carry 12 months of coverage for manufacturing defects for the original purchaser. Eligibility and exclusions depend on the product and use. Racing, competition, off-road-only and non-street-legal products are excluded under PSC’s published terms. Installation-related damage and labour or incidental costs are not covered.
