This kit is specifically for people installing the BIG BORE XD Steering Gear on a project that also includes a Synergy Manufacturing-type Track Bar Brace, providing the right bolts and washers to keep everything locked down tight.
Whether you’re building out a JK, JL, or JT, use this hardware kit to ensure your steering setup is strong, safe, and ready for whatever you throw at it.
Application Requirements
HWK-688-PP: JK 2007–2018 with the specified sector-shaft/track-bar brace. HWK-689-PP: JL 2018+ or JT 2020+ with the specified brace. Match the installed brace and steering gear.

PSC states that most products carry 12 months of coverage for manufacturing defects for the original purchaser. Eligibility and exclusions depend on the product and use. Racing, competition, off-road-only and non-street-legal products are excluded under PSC’s published terms. Installation-related damage and labour or incidental costs are not covered.
