Morimoto Warranty

Product Warranty Term: Refer to the product-specific warranty information supplied by Morimoto, as coverage varies by product and configuration.

Morimoto warranties are non-transferable, apply only to the original purchaser, and are calculated from the original purchase date. A replacement product does not reset or extend the original warranty period.

Warranty Claims: For products purchased from an authorized dealer, contact the dealer from whom the product was purchased for claim instructions. Troubleshooting may be required to identify the failed component and determine the appropriate replacement. Certain products, including headlights, tail lights, and LED pod lights, may need to be returned if they cannot be serviced remotely.

Exclusions: Warranty coverage does not apply to products that have been physically damaged or modified, including damage from tampering, misuse, accidents, or alterations. Warranty coverage applies to the product itself and does not cover labor, installation charges, rental vehicles, downtime, or other related expenses.

Components & Discontinued Products: When a component within a kit or assembly fails, Morimoto may replace the affected component rather than the complete system. If a product has been discontinued, a current equivalent may be offered; if no equivalent exists, store credit equal to the original amount paid may be issued.

Warranty Replacement Shipping: Customers outside the United States are responsible for warranty replacement shipping costs and duties. Expedited replacement shipping, when requested, is charged at actual cost.

Warranty eligibility and claim handling remain subject to Morimoto's current warranty terms and the product-specific coverage applicable to the item.

Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping:
We ship across Canada. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Canada typically takes 3–10 business days depending on location and carrier. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Refunds & Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please review our full return policy for more details.
