Description
The K&N 57 Series FIPK cold air intake for Ram 1500 14-18, 3.0L V6 Turbo Diesel pairs a washable, reusable oiled cotton air filter with a roto-molded high-density polyethylene intake tube. The system is designed to improve airflow while filtering dirt and other airborne contaminants before they reach the engine. A heat shield helps limit the filter’s exposure to engine-bay heat.
Product features
- Roto-molded HDPE tube with a black finish.
- Reusable cotton filter can be cleaned and re-oiled with the appropriate K&N filter-care products.
- Heat shield helps protect incoming air from engine-bay heat.
- Replacement filter reference: RU-1042XD.
- Mounting hardware included.
The reusable filter is intended for repeated service. Use the correct cleaner and filter oil when maintenance is due, with more frequent inspection in dusty conditions.
