1-7/8 Inch Hitch Ball - Jeep Wrangler trailer hitch balls are the towing components that attach to the ball mount and provide an attachment point for the trailer coupler. The trailer coupler then sits on top of the ball and is locked into place. The Hitch Ball allows the trailer to pivot, which provides smooth turning while towing.
