BDS Suspension | 6 Inch Lift Kit Ford Ranger 83-97 4WD NX2 Nitro | BDS518H

Improve the ride and level out your 1983-1997 Ford Ranger 4WD truck with a 6-inch suspension lift kit by BDS. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 33 inch Tires.

Up front the lift kit includes Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy duty axle pivot brackets, radius arm drop brackets, forged pitman arm for steering correction, bump stop extensions and precision tuned NX2 nitrogen charged shocks.

In the rear the base kit utilizes a high-strength lift block, longer u-bolts and a matching set of NX2 Nitro shocks.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs

A pair of full-length, truck-specific, Pro-Ride coil springs are supplied to provide the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.

1. Ball joint alignment cam will be required for alignment, these are available in the options section or from your local alignment shop.
2. Extra cab models may not achieve stated height.
3. Models equipped with a 2-piece driveshaft will require the carrier bearing crossmember to be lowered.
4. Bronco II 1985-90 models with CV joint type drive shaft must be converted to an exposed joint shaft.
5. Vehicles equipped with factory STX package will not achieve stated height
6. The dual steering stabilizer listed in the accessories will not fit applications with a factory front sway bar.
