BDS | 6 Inch Lift Kit w/ 4-Link | Ram 2500 (2019–2024) 4WD | Diesel

Built to outperform, BDS Suspension engineered a 6-inch lift kit with a 4-Link conversion for your 2019-2024 RAM 2500 diesel-powered truck, sure to impress. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your vehicle up right with clearance for up to 37" tires.

Up front, the lift kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-Link control arms with conversion mounts, forged drop pitman arm, and track bar bracket for steering correction, bump stops, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned NX2 or FOX 2.0 nitrogen-charged shocks.

At this height, the transfer case needs to be indexed to allow use of the factory front driveshaft, so an indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are supplied. In the rear, this kit utilizes progressive-rate Pro-Ride coil springs, a track bar relocation bracket to correct axle positioning, bump stop extensions, sway bar links, and a matching set of NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance shocks.

4-Link Conversion

Convert the factory-stamped steel radius arms to the BDS 4-link to optimize suspension geometry for better handling while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets to mount HD upper and lower control arms, correcting axle positioning while limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs

A pair of full-length, diesel-specific, progressive-rate Pro-Ride coil springs is supplied to provide the correct lift height and a smooth, predictable ride across various terrains. Manufactured from high-tensile steel, our direct OE replacement coil springs are engineered with properly sized wire diameters. This results in maximum reliability without premature coil bind.

Steering Correction

To optimize steering geometry once lifted, a forged drop pitman arm is used to minimize steering angle, and a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket is paired with it to keep them in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
