BACKRACK Warranty

Coverage:
BACKRACK products carry a 1-year warranty on materials and workmanship for the original purchaser. The powder-coat finish is not covered under warranty.

Warranty Claims:
Proof of purchase is required. If BACKRACK determines that a covered defect in materials or workmanship exists, its responsibility is limited to repair or replacement of the product at its discretion.

Exclusions:
Warranty coverage does not apply to products that have been modified or altered, misused, neglected, involved in an accident, improperly installed or adjusted, exposed to contaminants, water or corrosion, improperly repaired, or used in applications not recommended by BACKRACK. Labor, transportation and related charges are not covered.

Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping:
We ship across Canada. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Canada typically takes 3–10 business days depending on location and carrier. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Refunds & Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please review our full return policy for more details.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
