Description

Built specifically to compliment your Zone lift kit, FOX's proven damping technology provides a comfortable on-road ride and predictable off-road handling in a variety of conditions. Their monotube design uses an internal floating piston (IFP) to separate the shock oil from the high-pressure, nitrogen-charged gas chamber, preventing oil aeration for fade-free performance in rough terrain. FOX Warranty Information

Warranty Coverage

Duration: Standard FOX products are covered for one year from the original purchase date when purchased through an authorized dealer.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, or damage caused by an accident or crash.
Serviceable Parts: Certain wear items and serviced components may be covered for shorter periods, including 12 months or 90 days, depending on the specific part or service.

Submitting a Warranty Claim

Proof of Purchase: Warranty claims must be submitted by the original retail purchaser and require a valid receipt from an authorized FOX dealer.
Product Evaluation: The product must be sent to FOX or an authorized FOX service center for inspection and warranty evaluation.

Warranty eligibility and coverage are determined by FOX following inspection. Customers should contact Niagara Jeeps & Trucks or an authorized FOX service center before shipping any product for evaluation.
