Description
Add 1.5 inches over the factory ride height of a Chevy Silverado Trail Boss or GMC Sierra AT4 1500 with this BDS kit featuring FOX Factory Race Series 3.0 coil-over shocks. The kit provides clearance for up to 35-inch tires on Chevy applications or 33-inch tires on GMC applications, subject to the wheel and fitment requirements.
Up front the lift kit includes FOX Factory Race Series 3.0 remote reservoir coil-over shocks and heavy duty tubular upper control arms for increased strength. In the rear this kit utilizes fabricated steel lift blocks, longer u-bolts and a complementary set of FOX Factory Race Series 3.0 shocks for unmatched performance.
FOX Factory Race Series
FOX Factory Race Series 3.0 Internal Bypass shocks deliver position-sensitive damping technology, Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjustment, and high-speed ready performance in a bolt-on kit.
Patented Internal Bypass technology allows for multiple zones of damping control. The result is a comfortable, confident ride with increased damping force through rough terrain. Internal bypass shocks produce more force progressively to control hard bottom-outs, prevent harsh top-outs, and provide an initial catch for landing. Shock fluid bypasses the main piston through a series of bleed holes in the ride zone. As the shock extends past the ride zone in rebound or compression, the bleed holes terminate, forcing fluid through the main piston.
Finned external reservoirs and aluminum shock bodies keep shock fluid temperatures cool for better performance. Type III anodization prevents corrosion and wear of the 3-inch diameter bodies. The DSC adjuster allows you to dial in your truck for load, environment, and driving style.

HD Upper Control Arms (UCA)
Built for strength, performance and increased travel, these upper control arms are ready to bolt-in with most leveled/lifted trucks. They use 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubular construction with an indexed ball joint cup to correct the ball joint positioning allowing additional down travel and camber adjustment. At the frame mounting ends are durometer-specific rubber bushings for maintenance-free operation while at the other end a quality greaseable ball joints for smooth, quiet operation and superior durability. Arms are finished in a durable black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap ready for installation right out of the box.

Important fitment notes
- 5.5" max wheel backspacing can be used.
- Will not fit models with Adaptive Ride Control (ARC).
- Will fit Trail Boss/AT4 models however will net 1.5" of lift over factory ride height.
- This kit has not been test fit on Silverado ZR2 or Sierra AT4X models.
- Lifting of the bed required for shock install.
- Mono-Leaf models require Qty 4 UBT4025 u-bolts for installation.
Warranty
BDS warranty coverage is for the original retail purchaser with proof of purchase. BDS hard parts and bushings have lifetime replacement coverage; finish and normal wear are excluded.
BDS NX2 and BDS/FOX Performance Series shocks have limited lifetime coverage excluding normal wear and oil seals. At BDS’s discretion, qualifying leaking seals less than two years old may be considered for repair or replacement.
FOX proprietary shocks and coilovers follow FOX warranty terms rather than the BDS warranty. Qualifying leaking seals less than one year old may be considered; other FOX concerns follow the FOX service process.
Properly maintained ball joints and tie-rod ends less than three years old may qualify, subject to the manufacturer’s conditions.
Remedies are repair or replacement at BDS’s discretion. Eligible warranty ground shipping is covered; removal, installation, expedited freight and consequential costs are excluded.
