BAK Industries Warranty

BAK Industries warrants eligible BAK products against structural defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser. Warranty coverage begins from the retail date of purchase and varies by product. Proof of purchase and/or warranty registration is required for warranty service. The warranty is non-transferable.

Warranty Periods:

• BAKFlip MX4 – 5 Years
• BAKFlip F1 – 5 Years
• BAKFlip G2 – 3 Years
• BAKFlip FiberMax – 3 Years
• Revolver X4s – 5 Years
• Revolver X2 – 3 Years
• BAKBox – 1 Year

Warranty Claims:
During the applicable warranty period, defective products may be returned to the original place of purchase or a warranty claim may be submitted directly to BAK. Proof of purchase is required, and products returned directly to BAK require prior authorization.

Information Required for a Claim:
Customers should be prepared to provide their order number, contact information, vehicle year/make/model, product name or part number, a description of the issue, a copy of the original receipt, and photos of the product.

Important:
Non-defective products are not eligible for return through BAK once installation has taken place. Products sent to BAK without prior return authorization may be refused or returned to the customer at their expense.

Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping:
We ship across Canada. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Canada typically takes 3–10 business days depending on location and carrier. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Refunds & Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please review our full return policy for more details.
